OFWGKTA is a rap group from LA. They have been loosely together for two years, though they have exploded on the scene in the past two months. during that time they released 11 albums on their tumblr which can be downloaded for free. There are many members and affiliates, but at the core is Tyler the Creator (aka Wolf Haley, Ace). Here are a few tracks that are define them and there sound well. The first is from Earl Sweatshirt, the rap genius of the group. Just dig his skills here as he effortlessly strings together rhymes and with killer flow. The second, shows you the "stoner rap" from the group. Really just illustrating the chiller side of the Odd Future. And finally a track from Tyler. This is the title track off his debut Bastard. I think this is a must for anyone trying to get into OF because he flat out tells you where they are coming from. For more, check out their tumblr here. Love this song and the whole. By now, everyone has heard Rolling In The Deep, the stand out single from Adele's 21, but the whole album is great. Her voice is strong, and goes from a beautiful and melodic to strong and independent in a heart beat. The album covers a recent break up and she covers the wide breadth of emotions she went through during that time. 21 is a marvelous album, and shows the bright future this young songstress has a ahead of her.

Bonobo :: Black Sands Sampler

I've had this album, Black Sands, by Bonobo on repeat a ton. The beautifully chill electronica is perfect for relaxing with a book, chill decompression time or just as background music. Never demanding, but always rewarding when you listen in.

I just bought a vinyl player and have finally broken into my collection. One of the albums I anticipated most was Clive Tanaka y su Orquestra's Jet Set Siempre No 1. With the A side being titled "For Dance" and the B side "For Romance" the album is an all around crusher. Here's one of my favorite tracks (For Dance).
